All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure payments through Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

If a pricing or product error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

7. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and Tan&Tell is formed when we dispatch your products and send a dispatch confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

Payment cannot be processed;

The product is out of stock;

There is suspected fraud or misuse.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Ireland and to select international destinations. Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including postal disruptions or customs processing. Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you upon delivery.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Tan&Tell fully complies with Irish and EU consumer protection legislation.

a) Cooling-Off Period

Under Irish and EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

Returned goods must be:

Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging;

Returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, opened or used tanning products, creams, cosmetics, or personal care items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

b) Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact cs.tanandtell@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
